K.L. Sharma has 33 years of experience in government liaisoning. With over 31 years in government liaisoning and effective relatioship managment across multiple organizations, he currently serves as an Leader in this field at GA Infra.

Vidhisha Sharma is a skilled professional with over 5 years of experience in secretarial compliance. Her expertise spans various sectors including automobiles, FMCG, and infrastructure. With a strong understanding of company law and meticulous attention to detail, she proves to be an invaluable asset to any organization.

Kamlesh Mali is a skilled professional who has been with the company since begning with expertise in administration and banking. In his role at GA Infra, he efficiently manages all administrative and banking activities. Kamlesh is recognized for his on the job learning style.

Praveen Saini is a goal-oriented professional with 16 years of experience. He specializes in data analysis, forecasting, and working capital assessments, and has a strong ability to enhance top and bottom-line performance and execute complex projects.

Dr. Karn Singh Kumawat has over 25 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with a notable focus on Infrastructure-BOT road projects. Dr. Kumawat’s extensive qualifications and expertise in accounting, finance, and taxation establish him as a respected financial expert.

Aseem Goyal has 15 years of banking expertise, having previously worked at HDFC Bank Ltd and Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.He is well-known for his banking experience, ability to manage infrastructure clients’ working capital and CapEx requirements, and ability to cultivate connections with banks and financial institutions.

Mr. Vinod Kumar Agrawal is the Executive Director of GA Infra, brings over 34 years of experience in managing businesses and operations across India. He is a rank holder in CMA and has a diverse background in finance, operations, EPC, and project management. He has worked for leading corporations in various sectors such as petrochemicals, oil and gas, railways, and infrastructure development. He has experience in streamlining finance, commercial operations and project management at HG Infra and has played a leadership role at Kalpataru with overseeing finance and commercial operations for railway and substation division across India and Bangladesh. He began his career at IPCL and has held various roles in finance and commercial operations across multiple cities in India.

Mr. Mayank Agarwal is a Whole-time Director on the board of GA Infra Private Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur. Mr. Agarwal has over 12 years of experience in EPC water supply and sewerage projects. He is responsible for managing the overall operations and technical aspects of the company, including leading the in-house design team and implementing value engineering techniques. Mr. Agarwal is also in charge of budgeting, planning, and project monitoring, which has contributed to the timely completion of our projects. He has received several awards and honors throughout his career.

Mrs. Pramila Agarwal is a commerce graduate from H.L. Commerce College in Ahmedabad. She is
a successful businesswoman, a champion for women’s rights, a philanthropist, and a notable
social worker. Mrs. Agarwal is the co-founder and secretary of the Raj Kanwar Prakash Chandra
Agarwal Welfare Trust, which has made a positive impact on the lives of thousands of people in
Rajasthan through initiatives focused on education, environmental sustainability, women’s
empowerment, rural development, healthcare, and sanitation. Mrs. Agarwal strongly believes that
education and sports are essential for building a young, modern, and dynamic society, and she is
dedicated to promoting multisport participations.

Mr. Gajendra Agarwal is the founder, promoter, and managing director of GA Infra. He has 28 years of experience in the infrastructure industry. He possesses extensive experience in the infrastructure segment mainly in EPC, JJM, Water solution projects, Solar generation projects, STP and ESCOs and Water treatment plants with different technologies. He spearheaded several initiatives that have helped to create a nimble and agile organization. He is credited with creating a culture of business excellence and delivering superior benchmark performance through his vision and execution- oriented approach. He has led GA Infra’s evolution to the highest standard of corporate governance with enhanced customer satisfaction and high-level engagement with key stakeholders.
