Mrs. Nidhi Agarwal is a master in accounts and a finance expert. She is deeply passionate about Indian art and sports. Nidhi is associated with Ajneshwar Ashram, a women’s ashram that embodies integrity and spirituality. Additionally, she is involved as an educator with Orange Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing education to children of immigrants and underprivileged communities. She firmly believes that ‘श्र्म दान ही श्रेष्ठ दान हैं’ (labor donation is the highest form of donation)

Mr. Mayank Agarwal serves as a Whole-time Director on the board of GA Infra Private Limited. With a Bachelor of Technology in Aerospace Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, he brings over 13 years of experience in executing EPC water supply and sewerage projects. Mr. Agarwal oversees the company’s operations and technical functions, guiding the in-house design team and driving the adoption of value engineering techniques. His leadership in budgeting, planning, and project monitoring has been instrumental in ensuring the timely completion of projects. Throughout his career, he has earned numerous awards and honors, reflecting his dedication and expertise in the industry.

Mrs. Pramila Agarwal, a commerce graduate from H.L. Commerce College in Ahmedabad, is a distinguished businesswoman, passionate advocate for women’s rights, and dedicated philanthropist. As the co-founder and secretary of the Raj Kanwar Prakash Chandra Agarwal Welfare Trust, she has significantly impacted the lives of thousands in Rajasthan, spearheading initiatives in education, environmental sustainability, women’s empowerment, rural development, healthcare, and sanitation. Mrs. Agarwal is deeply committed to the belief that education and sports are pivotal in shaping a vibrant, modern society, and she tirelessly promotes multisport participation to nurture the next generation.

Mr. Gajendra Agarwal, the founder, promoter, and managing director of GA Infra, brings 30 years of expertise in the infrastructure industry. His vast experience spans various sectors, including EPC, JJM, water solutions, solar generation, STP, ESCOs, and advanced water treatment technologies. Under his leadership, GA Infra has become a dynamic and adaptable organization, recognized for its culture of business excellence and benchmark performance. His visionary and execution-focused approach has been instrumental in elevating the company to the highest standards of corporate governance, while enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering strong engagement with key stakeholders.

Sunil Sharma brings more than 20 years of extensive experience with significant involvement in key projects across India. His responsibilities include spearheading the company’s expansion in northern India and undertaking international assignments. Currently, he oversees the Water Supply Projects.

Mr. Mangal is a highly skilled chartered accountant with extensive expertise in asset management. Based in Bombay, Mr. Mangal has established himself as a prominent figure in the field, renowned for his exceptional financial acumen and deep understanding of investment strategies.

K.L. Sharma has 33 years of experience in government liaisoning. With over 31 years in government liaisoning and effective relatioship managment across multiple organizations, he currently serves as an Leader in this field at GA Infra.

Vidhisha Sharma is a skilled professional with over 5 years of experience in secretarial compliance. Her expertise spans various sectors including automobiles, FMCG, and infrastructure. With a strong understanding of company law and meticulous attention to detail, she proves to be an invaluable asset to any organization.

Kamlesh Mali is a skilled professional who has been with the company since begning with expertise in administration and banking. In his role at GA Infra, he efficiently manages all administrative and banking activities. Kamlesh is recognized for his on the job learning style.

Praveen Saini is a goal-oriented professional with 16 years of experience. He specializes in data analysis, forecasting, and working capital assessments, and has a strong ability to enhance top and bottom-line performance and execute complex projects.

Dr. Karn Singh Kumawat has over 25 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with a notable focus on Infrastructure-BOT road projects. Aseem Goyal has 15 years of banking expertise, having previously worked at HDFC Bank Ltd and Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.He is well-known for his banking experience, ability to manage infrastructure clients’ working capital and CapEx requirements, and ability to cultivate connections with banks and financial institutions.

Mr. Vinod Kumar Agrawal is the Executive Director of GA Infra, brings over 34 years of experience in managing businesses and operations across India. He is a rank holder in CMA and has a diverse background in finance, operations, EPC, and project management. He has worked for leading corporations in various sectors such as petrochemicals, oil and gas, railways, and infrastructure development. He has experience in streamlining finance, commercial operations and project management at HG Infra and has played a leadership role at Kalpataru with overseeing finance and commercial operations for railway and substation division across India and Bangladesh. He began his career at IPCL and has held various roles in finance and commercial operations across multiple cities in India.
